Refund policy

My order should be here by now but I haven’t received it yet, what should I do?
Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for errors in the shipping address.
● Ask your local post office if your package is available.
● Go to your neighbors in case the courier leaves the package at their place.
Pro Tip: Package theft is on the rise – if you’re waiting for a delivery to be delivered to your door but you know you won’t be home to receive it, use an address you know!

If the shipping address is correct and the package is not left at the post office or with your neighbor, please contact us at Doeraymi-eyeglasses@outlook.com and provide your order number.

Please note that the following conditions are required to accept a return request:

Must be less than 14-30 days since you received the product
Products must be in the same condition as when they arrived and in appropriate packaging - preferably in the original packaging
Please note that products must be carefully prepared and returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Therefore, please be careful when opening the product packaging you receive.
For products that arrive damaged, we ask for photos of the damage so we can learn more about what went wrong with our specific shipment.
*If the packaging is insufficient, please try your best to pack it and be sure to take photos for insurance.

Please note: You have 14-30 days after receiving the product to request a return.
Party responsible for return and exchange freight: The buyer must bear the corresponding freight. The specific shipping fee is calculated based on the product and return address.

Refund arrival time

How long does it take for a refund to be processed?
Once we receive the returned item, it may take up to 3 business days to process the refund. For PayPal account holders, for credit card chargebacks, please allow up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear in your PayPal account. 7-14 days Number of days until transaction closes.
